Cetec ERP announced an integration that feeds Cetec parts and inventory data into Boardera’s PCB analysis, costing, and quoting automation — nightly by default, and on demand whenever a quoting team wants a fresh pull. Quoting a PCB assembly means working through design files, fabrication notes, and BOM data, then sourcing components, checking what is on hand, estimating labor, and judging manufacturability. Without a link to the ERP, checking stock happens twice: once as a part-by-part lookup, and again as a purchasing assumption baked into the quote. Syncing inventory into the analysis closes that gap.

What the Integration Does

• Inventory-aware costing. Parts inventory syncs from Cetec ERP into Boardera, so an RFQ is costed against the stock on record instead of looking each part up by hand.
• Sourcing and ERP stock in one pass. Synced inventory is ranked alongside market and contract offers in the same sourcing run, rather than checked separately afterwards.
• Your costing rules, not ours. Company-specific labor configurations, pricing rules, and Excel-syntax pricing formulas still apply — the integration supplies better data; it does not replace the costing method.
• Fewer re-checks before the order. Because the quote was costed against ERP stock, the numbers need less verification when the order is raised in Cetec ERP.
